Day 1 Menu (Incorporating Banana Bread)

  • Dinner: Baked broccoli, and Mashed Potatoes (controlled portion) with lean gravy.
  • Snack: Small Blueberry Muffin (modified with whole-wheat flour/ Suger free) and milk.

Day 3 Menu (Incorporating Mac & Cheese and Banana)

  • Breakfast: High-fiber cereal with milk and Some slice of Banana.
  • Lunch: Tuna salad served on a bed of mixed greens.
  • Dinner: Macaroni and Cheese (small portion, whole-wheat pasta) with a large side of stir-fried vegetables.
  • Snack: Apple slices with a small amount of cheddar cheese.

Day 4 Menu (Incorporating Boiled Dinner & Reese Pieces)

  • Breakfast: Low-fat cottage cheese with peaches and cinnamon.
  • Lunch: Quinoa salad with black beans, corn, and avocado.
  • Dinner: Boiled Dinner (lean corned beef, cabbage, carrots, turnips) with a small piece of whole-grain bread.
  • Snack: Small handful of almonds and portion-controlled Reese Pieces (very small amount, balanced with fat/protein).

Day 5 Menu (Incorporating Liver & Bagels)

  • Breakfast: Whole-wheat Bagel (small portion) with Peanut Butter and sliced apple.
  • Lunch: Turkey and vegetable soup with whole-grain crackers and side garden salad.
  • Dinner: Roasted Liver and Onions (portion-controlled) with mashed cauliflower (low-carb sub) and steamed green beans.
